Terms and Conditions

Rooms included in a standard report include: Kitchen, 1 lounge/living room, hallway, bedrooms and a main bathroom.

We reserve the right to add additional costs if properties are excessively large or overstocked with furniture / kitchen equipment. These additional costs will be determined when the inventory clerk attends the property to conduct the inventory inspection.

Additional rooms: dining rooms, (through lounge/living/dining rooms will be counted as 2 rooms), extra bathrooms/shower rooms, conservatories, cellars, gardens and furnished balconies and will be charged at an additional £15 per room

Photos are included in all our reports.

Inventory up-dates / re-types will be charged at £25 on top of the check-in fee if not our original document.

Properties within the Congestion Zone will be subject to a £10 surcharge except on weekends when there is no charge.

Sunday appointments will also be subject to a £10 surcharge.

Where there is no free parking, the landlord, agent or the tenant will be responsible for paying for this.

We require 4 hours notice to cancel or postpone a planned visit. Failure to do so will result in a £50.00 cancellation charge.

Payment is payable on completion of the inventory inspection before the the landlord, agent or the tenant receives the report.
