Inventory Report Services



REPORTS

Reports: All of our reports are carried out by fully trained staff and include digital photographs of each room and any vital areas such as items of value and damages.  Reports are completed and assembled withing 2 working days of the property analysis and can be provided as Pdf files, bound presentations, or both.

   
INVENTORY REPORTS

Inventory report: A complete and comprehensive record of the contents and condition of every room/area in the entire property such as fixtures, fittings, and decor in which we store copies for reference in future reports. A copy of this will be signed and held by each party in order to avoid future disputes.

   
CHECK IN REPORTS

Check in report: Is a report relevant to a specific tenancy in which an examination of the property is carried out on the day the agreement begins in order to note and record the condition and changes from the previous check out report for the entire property including fixtures, fittings, and meter readings.  Tenants signatures will be required once we have gone through the property with them to note we have agreed on any issues or conditions and for any keys that are handed over.

   
CHECK OUT REPORTS

Check out report: Is a report relevant to the ending of a tenancy in which we compare the condition of the property to that of the check in.  Any changes will be noted, highlighted, and photographed in detail with liability responsibility assigned to either the tenant or landlord such as general wear and tear or damages.  We will also take final meter readings and collect keys provided.

   
INTERIM REPORTS

Interim report: Is a report relevant anytime during the duration of the tenancy.  Landlords may request a review at any time which compares the property's condition to that of the check in. This allows landlords to remain informed which can save stress or enable them to take action either way making the end of tenancy smoother with less surprises.
